These terms govern the production of property films by Onvey Studio for its clients. By placing an order or subscribing to a monthly package you accept them.
Onvey Studio produces short cinematic films of residential property. Each film is generated from photographs that you supply. We do not visit the property, operate cameras, or capture any footage ourselves.
Films are delivered in 4K, in both 16:9 and 9:16, without watermark. You may use them in any listing, advertisement, social post or presentation for the property concerned.
Our films are generated using artificial intelligence. This has consequences you must understand before ordering.

By uploading photographs you confirm that you hold the rights to use them and to grant us the right to produce a film from them. You remain responsible for any licence owed to the photographer.
We use your photographs only to produce your film. We do not sell them, publish them, or use them to train any model.
Photographs and finished files are deleted ninety days after delivery. Download and store your files before then. We cannot recover deleted work.
We deliver within 48 hours of receiving a usable set of photographs. The clock starts when the set is complete, not when payment is taken.
If a set is unusable — too few photographs, missing rooms, or quality too low to work from — we will tell you what is needed. The 48 hours begins again when the missing material arrives.
We do not offer a fixed number of revisions. If a delivered film has a defect we consider genuine, we will re-produce the affected part at no charge. Changes of preference, direction or music after delivery are quoted separately.
Per-listing films are paid at booking. Production begins once payment clears and photographs are received.

The monthly allowance resets on the first of each month. Unused listings do not roll over and are not refunded.
Beyond the included allowance, additional listings are billed at $250 each, to a maximum of three in any month. You are shown this before starting an additional listing, and additional listings appear as separate lines on your next invoice.
There is no limit on the number of agents who may submit listings against a brokerage account. The brokerage is responsible for use of its account link.
Packages are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month; the remainder of that month stays available to you. We do not refund part-months.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not hold or see your card or bank details. Invoiced accounts are due within the terms stated on the invoice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended until settled.
You own the finished films and may use them without restriction for the property concerned. We retain the right to show delivered work as a sample of ours unless you ask us in writing not to, in which case we will not.
We are responsible for producing the film. We are not responsible for how it is used, for any disclosure obligation owed by you to a buyer, a seller, an MLS or a regulator, or for any outcome of a sale.
Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work concerned.
We may change these terms. Material changes to pricing or to a monthly package will be notified at least thirty days before they take effect, and you may cancel before they apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
