This policy explains what Onvey Studio collects, why, and how long we keep it. It covers our website, our booking and upload pages, and the production of your films.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that profile individuals.
Photographs you send are used to produce your film and for no other purpose.
Photographs are processed by the third-party generation services listed below in order to produce your film. They are not retained by those services for training.
Photographs and finished files are deleted ninety days after delivery.
We use a small number of services to run the business. Each sees only what it needs.

We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we never have.
You may ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to partnerships@onveystudio.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Deletion requests are honoured except where we are required to keep a record for tax or accounting purposes.
If you are a resident of a state with its own privacy legislation, those rights apply to you and are exercised the same way.
Files are stored in Google Drive under access-controlled accounts. Payment details never touch our systems. Upload links are long random values that are not guessable and are not indexed.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects your information we will tell you.
Our services are sold to real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for active clients, say so by email.
